T/C Extension & Compensating Wires

Product Features: This multi-pair product uses PVC insulation and sheath with both individual and overall shielding applied using aluminum Mylar tape.

The shielding layers minimize noise such as electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI), and static electricity, ensuring stable temperature measurement.

Used together with a drain wire to maximize shielding effectiveness.

Individual shielding minimizes interference between multiple signals.

Excellent water resistance and abrasion resistance, with strong chemical and oil resistance.

Applications / Industries: Used in process facilities requiring factory automation, process control, and thermal management, such as plants, power stations, steel mills, and petrochemical plants.

Mainly used in environments with high electromagnetic interference, such as power plants, substations, and industrial plant lines where signal interference is a concern.

Used in factory control systems where multiple sensor signals must be processed simultaneously.

Materials & Construction: Conductor : Conductor type according to thermocouple type

Insulation : PVC, PE / XLPE, etc.

Drain Wire : Tinned copper stranded wire

Binder : Polyester tape

Individual Shield : Al/Mylar Tape

Overall Shield : Al/Mylar Tape / Tinned copper braid (SB)

Sheath : PVC / Color (according to compensating cable color code)
