Product Features
RTD sensors (Pt100Ω, etc.) are temperature measurement sensors that operate based on the principle that resistance changes according to temperature variation, and they are connected to measuring equipment through RTD lead wires.
RTD lead wires are available in 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire types. Among them, the 3-wire RTD lead wire, consisting of two signal wires and one resistance compensation wire, is the most commonly used for industrial temperature measurement.
They provide more precise temperature measurement than thermocouple sensors. However, the measurable temperature range is limited.
Applications / Industries
Used in industries requiring accurate temperature measurement, such as industrial automation, power plants, semiconductor and electronic equipment, aerospace and military equipment, laboratories, and precision measuring instruments.
